This is a bay front hotel located in Point Loma, in walking distance of restaurants, sportfishing and whale watching marinas. Borrow a bicycle, stroll the bayside walking path or unwind at the hotel's tropical pool area.

If you would like to attend the India Company Reunion, please complete these three steps:
1. Book your hotel room (Call hotel or book online).
2. Register and send in payment.
3. Create and submit your name tag(s).

When you book online, a credit or debit card will be required to make your reservation.

Our group room rate is $119/night (regularly $169/night)
 plus 10.5% occupancy tax, 2% tourism marketing district tax, and the 0.09% California Tourism tax.

This rate is extended 3 days pre and post reunion, based on availability.
There may be suites available at $199 a night.
2. Register by printing out the form, filling it out and sending in payment.
The registration fee is $15.00 per person
and 100% of it will go toward costs of the reunion.

AFTER AUGUST 4, 2015, YOUR REGISTRATION FEE
WILL BE $30.00 PER PERSON.
3. Create and Submit your Name Badge:
If you are coming to the reunion then you will need a name badge for yourself and your guest(s). Fill out the online form and click the Submit button.

Be sure to order your name badge(s) ahead of time to be sure you will have them at the reunion. Deadline is August 4, 2015.

Thursday
Hospitality Room 8am to 10pm

Buddy Fund Auction will start at 2pm.

Complimentary Reception 3pm to 4pm.
The Holiday Inn is giving us a one hour Complimentary Reception. It will include 
Beer, Wine, Well and Soft Drinks. Chips and French Onion Dip, a Fresh Fruit and Cheese Platter served with Baguettes and Crackers, a Fresh Vegetable Platter served with Ranch Dip, and Meatballs with Swedish sauce.

Friday
Hospitality Room 8am to 10pm

MCRD Graduation Ceremony. 10am to 1pm.
A special section will be in the reviewing stand for Bob O'Malley and Operation Starlite survivors for Pass in Review. Seating is limited to about 14. Additional seating will be in covered stands for the rest of India Company 3/3 reunion attendees and their guests.

A bus will drive us from the hotel to the base starting at 0900 hours. Two trips may be necessary so a sign up sheet for tickets will be in our hospitality room at the hotel.

with the number of seats you will require. 
Tickets will be $15 each and can be purchased 
at the sign-in desk in the hospitality suite during 
the week of the reunion.

Saturday
The banquet will be at the host hotel.
Cocktails from 6pm to 7pm with cash bar - no outside alcohol is allowed.
Banquet at 7pm. See menu of buffet selections below.

Sunday
Closing end of reunion no events planned.

Banquet Buffet
Our banquet will be held in our host hotel. Dress casual.
Banquet is set for Saturday Aug 29, 2015, 6:00pm-7:00pm cocktails, Bar will be open for duration of Banquet. With taxes, fees, etc, banquet is $46.00 per person.
